Robert L. Moul – President and CEO In August 2006, Bob was appointed President and CEO of Boomi, the market and technology leader in on-demand integration. Bob first joined Boomi in late 2005 as an advisor and member of the board of directors and has led the company’s strategic shift into the SaaS integration market.

Prior to joining Boomi, Bob was group president at MAXIMUS and president of the global education software business at SCT where he led the company to ten consecutive record-setting quarters of growth. Bob began his career with EDS initially as a systems engineer and advanced into senior management positions including director of EDS’ operations in Hong Kong and China, and executive director of its federal government business in Australia. His 27-year career has spanned all aspects of IT services, software and consulting in executive leadership, technical management and engineering roles

Bob graduated from the University of Maryland, University College, with a Master of Science degree in technology management. He also completed executive programs at the University of Michigan Business School and the Center for Organizational Learning at MIT. He serves on the advisory boards of several start-up companies including Rave Wireless, Intelliworks, and Provost Systems (acquired by Edison Schools).

Richard Nucci – Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder Rick is the Co-founder and CTO of Boomi. His responsibilities include establishing the strategic direction of Boomi’s technology, as well as managing the operations of the product development group. He also sits on the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Nucci works directly with customers and partners to help understand and solve their business integration challenges. Boomi has a patent pending for Rick’s latest invention around the technology that powers Boomi On Demand, the company’s most recent product offering.

Prior to forming Boomi Inc., Rick worked for EXE Technologies, a market leading Supply Chain Execution solution provider, in the areas of product development and implementation. It was in this role that Nucci learned first hand of the cost and complexity of integrating disparate applications and business partners. With over 10 years of experience in application and data integration, Rick applies this experience to deliver the company's integration solutions.

Rick speaks at universities and business events on topics of Entrepreneurship and Technology. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Business Logistics.

Todd Palmieri – EVP and CFO Todd Palmieri joined Boomi as Chief Financial Officer in June 2008.  Todd began working with Boomi in late 2007 in a consulting capacity and played an instrumental role in closing the company’s first institutional round of investment.  He brings over 20 years of financial management and operations experience in all stages of the venture life cycle. 

Prior to joining Boomi, Todd was founder and CEO of ExpenseWatch (acquired by Jeff Bezos investments) where he raised over $15m in private equity and led the company to five consecutive years of revenue growth.  Prior to ExpenseWatch, Todd was a founding member and Chief Financial Officer at BioScript (NASDAQ (GM): BIOS) where he led the IPO of the company in less than three years from startup.  He also led business development initiatives that drove the growth of the company to over $1 billion in revenues.  Todd was also a founding partner at PPI Corporation (acquired by Medco Inc.) where he directed both the technical and business development efforts of all products and services.  Todd is a graduate of the LeBow College of Business where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance.

Amish Jani - Director
Amish Jani, a Founder and Managing Director of FirstMark Capital, focuses on software and systems investments in the enterprise, communications and digital media sectors, and serves on FirstMark Capital's Investment Committee. Amish also leads FirstMark's investment strategies for the Indian marketplace. Prior to founding FirstMark Capital, Amish served as a Partner with Pequot Ventures. Previously, Amish specialized in mergers and acquisitions in the information sector with J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse First Boston. Amish sits on the boards of Aveksa, Boomi, COPAN Systems, IMI Mobile, LinkExperts, Lumos Labs and Scalent Systems. Amish holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
