Enviren utilises Salesforce to manage their sales cycle and Saasu Online Accounting to manage their finances. With no link between the two, they were dealing with duplication of information and lack of automation in their business processes from order to cash.
Solution
Enviren engaged WDCi, a member of the Boomi Partner Network, to build and deploy a rapid integration process between Salesforce.com and Saasu. WDCi recommended that Enviren use Boomi’s integration platform, AtomSphere, in order to accommodate their requirement in the fastest possible time.
Enviren now has an automated bi-directional sync of data between Salesforce and Saasu, including:
- Invoices are created in Saasu from Opportunities in Salesforce
- When the status of an Opportunity changes to Closed Won, the invoice is generated in Saasu
- The invoice number is then populated to the Opportunity in Salesforce
- When the Invoice is paid in Saasu, the payment details are updated to the Salesforce Opportunity
