Avascent needed a solution to automate the synchronization of data objects, such as customer and contract records, between Salesforce and a customized MSSQL database. Because Avascent does not have internal IT support, they were focused on finding a solution that would allow in-house “power users” to build, deploy, and manage integrations independently.
Solution
Avascent completed the implementation process for their custom instance of Salesforce to an MSSQL database in less than 10 days. The process of building and deploying the integration processes were completed by one data analyst. The business realized ROI in a short period of time due to reduced resources spent building one-off integrations to additional systems and low ongoing maintenance requirements.
