Providing Real-Time Customer Data to Field Sales

Encon Safety sales managers were unable to access complete customer data from the field and the periodic reports they received from the company’s ERP system were most often outdated. In order to provide real-time customer data to sales managers in the field, Encon Safety wanted to link their AS400 ERP system to This would allow regional sales managers to actively view and respond to customer sales history, invoice status, and shipping statuses.

As a result of deploying Boomi AtomSphere to synch customer data between their legacy ERP and Salesforce CRM, Encon Safety benefited from:
