Help on Ms CRM Dynamics Connector
I am getting the below error randomly.

Unable to browse connector: [soap:Server] Retrieve CrmTicket failed: Error message received from Webservice. ERROR: soap:Server --------------- Server was unable to process request.

When i do the same step after some time, it works.

It is a sporadic Issue. please advice.

Are you able to log into MS CRM when this occurs?

We had similar issues during development of the MS CRM connector. In some cases the application was offline for long periods of time. We were unable to determine the cause, and attributed it to downtime of the application itself.

Sometimes i am not able to login, but when i try the same again. I am able to login.

When you are unable to login, I would contact MS CRM support. If you are unable to log in then the connector is also unable to perform any actions.
