Bob Moul
President and CEO
Bob joined Boomi in late 2005 as a member of the board of directors and was appointed president and CEO in August 2006. He has led the company's successful transformation from a traditional software product company to a leading infrastructure provider in the SaaS and cloud computing industry. Boomi is the creator of AtomSphere, the industry's #1 integration cloud.
Prior to joining Boomi, Bob was group president at Maximus and president of the global education software business at SCT (acquired by Sungard Data Systems) where he led the company to ten consecutive record-setting quarters of growth. Bob began his career with EDS initially as a systems engineer and advanced into senior management positions including director of EDS' operations in Hong Kong and China, and executive director of its federal government business in Australia. His 29-year career has spanned all aspects of hi-tech software, services and consulting for clients in both the public and private sectors.
Bob graduated from the University of Maryland, University College, with a Master of Science degree in technology management. He also completed executive programs at the University of Michigan Business School and the Center for Organizational Learning at MIT. He is a frequent speaker and panelist at SaaS and cloud computing conferences and has been interviewed on related topics for numerous business journals including InformationWeek, ComputerWorld, and InfoWorld.
Rick Nucci
Founder and CTO
Rick is the Founder and CTO of Boomi where he is responsible for product management and engineering. He is considered an industry expert on SaaS & Cloud integration , multi-tenant architecture, and API design and best practices. Boomi has a patent pending for Rick’s innovative Atom technology that powers Boomi AtomSphere, the company’s software-as-a-service offering. In his role at Boomi, Rick is constantly engaged with customers and partners to ensure alignment between business needs and Boomi’s product strategy.
Prior to founding Boomi, Rick worked for EXE Technologies, a market leading supply chain execution software company, in the areas of product development and implementation. It was in this role that Nucci learned first-hand the cost and complexity of integrating disparate applications and business partners. With over 10 years of experience in application and data integration, Rick applies this experience to deliver the company's integration solutions.
Rick frequently speaks on these topics at industry and business events nationwide including SIIA On-Demand, Interop, and GlueCon.
Scott Crawford
Vice President, Sales
Scott Crawford is Boomi’s Vice President of Sales based in the company’s offices in San Francisco. In this capacity, he is responsible for Boomi’s direct and indirect sales channels worldwide. Scott brings 25 years of experience in the information technology industry, including 16 years of sales and sales management in early stage and large corporate environments. Scott also has a deep understanding of the integration software industry.
Prior to Boomi, Scott held senior sales leadership positions at Ascential Software and IBM. He has significant international experience having served as the Asia Pacific business unit executive for IBM’s integrations software unit in Shanghai China and leading IBM’s integration software sales in southwest Europe. Prior to that, Scott drove significant revenue growth in various sales management roles for i2 Technologies, Inforte and Cambridge Technology Partners.
Scott earned his degree in Information Systems from James Madison University and his MBA from the Darden School of Business Administration, University of Virginia.
Kimberly Gress
Vice President, Client Services
As Vice President for Client Services, Kimberly is responsible for customer success and ensuring that Boomi’s customers achieve the maximum value from our product and services. She manages Professional Services, Platform Enablement, Widget Solutions, Support and Customer Care.
Kimberly joined Boomi’s executive team in 2008 following a 20 year career in senior management in the technology industry. Most recently, Kimberly was the General Manager of a product line at SunGard Higher Education where she grew the product line’s top line revenue over 70% in three years.
Kimberly served in a variety of senior management positions at SunGard from 1991 to 2008 including management of a large development staff and the program management of 3 acquisitions from due diligence to assimilation. Earlier in her technology career, Kimberly worked as a consultant in various consulting companies.
Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science / Mathematics from the University of Delaware and was recently a featured speaker at the Women in Leadership Summit.
Diane Ruth
Executive Director, Business Development
Diane is an experienced business development and channel management executive serving as the head of Boomi’s channel program. She is responsible for delivering a scalable, structured and supportive program to Boomi’s valued partner community as a key driver of Boomi’s continued success.
Prior to joining Boomi, Diane spent twelve years with SunGard Higher Education where she initially managed the Customer Education Center and Internal Training & Certification Program for all professional services consultants and more recently served as the General Manager of Business Development & the SunGard Higher Education Division’s Collaborative Program, managing relations with notable organizations such as Oracle, Microsoft, EMC, HP, Dell, IBM, Sun Microsystems, and Blackboard. Prior to SunGard, Diane spent a year abroad in Sano-shi, Tochigi-ken Japan, instructing junior high school level students on conversational and grammatical English skills.
Diane is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a Major in Communications and Minor in Marketing.
Sue Vestri
Corporate Controller
Sue is Boomi’s Corporate Controller and has over 20 years of operating and financial experience in venture backed, closely held, and public companies. She is responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, audit & tax, human resources, and administration. Over the span of her career, she has participated in over $20mm in capital raises and has participated in a number of mergers, acquisitions, and an IPO.
Sue has led finance and accounting teams in both publicly traded and private companies, mainly in the technology space. These companies have included Verio, Inc, (Now Verio/NTT), Parc-Place/Digitalk, Gotajob.com, and Compute Intensive. In addition, she was the Vice-President of Finance for the Orange County High School of the Arts, a visual and performing arts charter high school in Santa Ana; CA. She started her career with Coldwell Banker in their national accounting office which was located in Southern California. Revenues for these organizations ranged from $2mm to over $200mm.
Sue has managed multi-million dollar operating budgets, and has been responsible for implementing numerous operational controls, policies and procedures. She has a successful audit track record and has managed cash-flow for several start-up companies. She has been extremely effective reducing overhead costs, has implemented several accounting packages, and has overseen financial system consolidations. Sue earned her BBA degree in Accounting from Temple University.

Amish Jani
Managing Director
Amish Jani, a Founder and Managing Director of FirstMark Capital, focuses on software and systems investments in the enterprise, communications and digital media sectors, and serves on FirstMark Capital's Investment Committee. Amish also leads FirstMark's investment strategies for the Indian marketplace. Prior to founding FirstMark Capital, Amish served as a Partner with Pequot Ventures. Previously, Amish specialized in mergers and acquisitions in the information sector with J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse First Boston. Amish sits on the boards of Aveksa, Boomi, COPAN Systems, IMI Mobile, LinkExperts, Lumos Labs and Scalent Systems.
Amish holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
