Rick is the Founder and General Manager of Dell Boomi where he is responsible for all operations and strategic direction. He has led the company's successful transformation from a traditional software product company to a leading infrastructure provider in the SaaS and cloud computing industry. In his role at Dell Boomi, Rick is constantly engaged with customers and partners to ensure alignment between business needs and Dell Boomi’s strategy and operations.
Prior to founding Dell Boomi, Rick worked for EXE Technologies, a market leading supply chain execution software company, in the areas of product development and implementation. It was in this role that Nucci learned first-hand the cost and complexity of integrating disparate applications and business partners. With over 15 years of business experience in application and data integration, Rick applies this experience to guiding the company's strategy and operations.
Rick frequently speaks at industry and business events nationwide including Gartner AADI, Dreamforce, Cloud Expo and All About the Cloud.
Director, Client Services
As Director for Client Services, Kimberly is responsible for customer success and ensuring that Dell Boomi’s customers achieve the maximum value from our product and services. She manages Professional Services, Platform Enablement, Widget Solutions, Support and Customer Care.
Kimberly joined Dell Boomi’s executive team in 2008 following a 20 year career in senior management in the technology industry. Most recently, Kimberly was the General Manager of a product line at SunGard Higher Education where she grew the product line’s top line revenue over 70% in three years.
Kimberly served in a variety of senior management positions at SunGard from 1991 to 2008 including management of a large development staff and the program management of 3 acquisitions from due diligence to assimilation. Earlier in her technology career, Kimberly worked as a consultant in various consulting companies.
Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science / Mathematics from the University of Delaware and was recently a featured speaker at the Women in Leadership Summit.
Director, Business Development
Diane is an experienced business development and channel management executive serving as the head of Dell Boomi’s channel program. She is responsible for delivering a scalable, structured and supportive program to Dell Boomi’s valued partner community as a key driver of Dell Boomi’s continued success.
Prior to joining Dell Boomi, Diane spent twelve years with SunGard Higher Education where she initially managed the Customer Education Center and Internal Training & Certification Program for all professional services consultants and more recently served as the General Manager of Business Development & the SunGard Higher Education Division’s Collaborative Program, managing relations with notable organizations such as Oracle, Microsoft, EMC, HP, Dell, IBM, Sun Microsystems, and Blackboard. Prior to SunGard, Diane spent a year abroad in Sano-shi, Tochigi-ken Japan, instructing junior high school level students on conversational and grammatical English skills.
Diane is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a Major in Communications and Minor in Marketing.
Director, Strategic Accounts
Lou Chappuie is the Director of Strategic Accounts. He works with Dell Boomi’s largest, most complex deployments on their effective adoption of Dell Boomi as their data and application integration platform. Lou brings over 15 years experience from a varied background of sales, program management, software implementation, and managerial consulting.
In his prior work, Lou was a Vice President in the SchoolMAX Division at MAXIMUS, Inc. During his tenure there, he helped grow the SchoolMAX Division from $2M to over $30M in annual revenue. He both sold and implemented over $90M of the Division’s flagship product to major accounts. Before MAXIMUS, Lou worked at Ernst & Young and deployed financial ERP solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. Lou began his career at Ford Motor Company.
Lou earned his Master of Business Administration in Management and Finance from Indiana University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
As Director of Marketing, Ralph oversees worldwide demand generation, partner marketing, public relations and product marketing activities for Dell Boomi. He is responsible for ensuring Boomi’s marketing programs grow top-line revenue results.
Ralph draws on over 20 years of marketing experience at such companies as Biz360, PeopleSoft, Ketera, Loquendo and Avolent—roles that built his expertise in all aspects of B2B marketing. Prior to Dell Boomi, he founded an online marketing agency, Red Apple Marketing, where he helped B2B start-ups build their lead funnel and drive leads through the pipeline.
Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA in Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Director, Product Management
As the Director of Product Management, Chris works with our customers, partners, prospects and overall market to ensure that Dell Boomi products deliver maximum value and satisfaction. Chris brings over 20 years of software development and line of business experience from a diverse set of prior roles that include software development, professional services, LOB leader and consulting. Chris is responsible for the overall product satisfaction of our customers by driving the Dell Boomi product direction and strategy.
Chris joined the Dell Boomi team in 2011 following a 12 year career with SunGard Higher Education. In his prior roles, Chris was SVP of worldwide software development and had responsibility for all software execution, delivery and quality to over 1600 customers. Chris spent two years as a management consultant at a subsidiary of Pennsylvania Blue Shield advising on project management and quality assurance initiatives to improve development execution. Chris started his career in software development in the financial services sector holding various engineering and management roles.
Chris attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania (MIS) and Villanova (Business).
JJ is Director of Sales for Dell Boomi responsible for direct sales, pre-sales engineering, sales enablement and sales operations. He owns growing Dell Boomi’s revenue from all direct sales activities.
JJ has spent over 10 years helping grow Dell Boomi from a start-up to becoming a key part of Dell’s software strategy. During his tenure at Boomi, he has been an implementation consultant, managed customer support, and been a leader in growing the current sales organization—including closing the first sale of Dell Boomi AtomSphere. He is an expert on application and data integration and a frequent speaker at regional and online events.
JJ earned his degree in Marketing and Information Systems from Villanova University, and he has studied abroad at University of Cambridge and London School of Economics.
As Director of Engineering, Mitch is responsible for the delivery of all products at Dell Boomi. Mitch manages the development, quality assurance, documentation, and operations teams.
Mitch has over 12 years of experience in the application and data integration industry. As one of the early members of the Dell Boomi team, Mitch helped lead the product transformation from an on-premise solution to a SaaS platform. Prior to Boomi, Mitch led engineering projects at Solitan and EXE Technologies.
Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bucknell University.
