Boomi uses certain subprocessors to assist it in providing services. A subprocessor is a third party or Boomi affiliate data processor who has or potentially will have access to or process Personal Data on behalf of Boomi’s customer, in accordance with their instructions (as agreed with Boomi), and in compliance with terms of the written agreement between Boomi and the customer.

Boomi requires such subprocessors to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that personal data processed by the subprocessor is protected to the standard required by applicable laws.

Boomi engages different types of subprocessors to perform various functions. Third parties who are used to provide the services but do not have access to or process Personal Data are not considered subprocessors.
